All eligible purchases can be returned in the form of store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Ineligible items include misused jewelry, estate jewelry, custom fine jewelry pieces, used or altered merchandise, as well as items of any category purchased during a sale. We do not replace merchandise that is damaged or broken after purchase.
We offer a six month warranty on repair costs of any damages that are a result of manufacturing - assessed on an individual basis by the fig.a team and/or the original designer. If a piece is noticeably worn, bent, shows improper care, or is damaged in any other manner, repairs will be either denied or performed for a fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return and repair shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
